Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all players who access, register on, or use the bv999 platform, including its website, mobile interface, and any associated services. By proceeding with account registration or by continuing to use the bv999 platform after any update to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

bv999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Eligibility

To register and use bv999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bv999 account. If bv999 identifies that a player holds more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, all associated accounts will be suspended. Any balances, pending withdrawals, or active bonuses held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture at bv999's discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure without refund of deposits or payment of pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your bv999 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify bv999 immediately at [email protected] and take immediate steps to change your password.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bv999 applies a KYC verification process to all player accounts. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals can be processed: a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence); proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number).

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within four (4) hours of approval under normal operating conditions, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding compliance review on the account. bv999 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider, mobile banking network congestion, or scheduled bank maintenance windows.

4.4 Funds Security

Player funds deposited to bv999 are held separately from the platform's operational funds. bv999 does not use player deposits for its own operational expenditure. In the event of platform insolvency, player funds would be protected to the extent that they are maintained in separate holding accounts.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.4 Promotional Calendar

Betting Rules

6.1 Casino Games

Prohibited Conduct

Upon receiving a closure request, bv999 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balances (subject to KYC verification and compliance review) and close the account within five (5) business days. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings not yet meeting withdrawal eligibility criteria will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12.2 Closure by bv999

bv999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: these Terms have been breached; the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months; bv999 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; or bv999 has reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the player, the platform, or third parties. In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, balances may be forfeited at bv999's sole discretion.

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
